And now it begins: the debut of a story I first created when I was in 10th grade back in 1980 (yeah, yeah, back in the Stone Age). I was saying awhile back when I tossed that first preview out for everyone to look at, it's taken me so long to publish this because I was AFRAID to. I was pretty deep for a 16 year old, and many of the darker pages of this series became a springboard for my early social commentary.
It's dark, ugly, allegorical, and makes House of the Muses look like a preschool story. What the hell! I'm a crusty, mature old broad now and know how to better tell a story after these past 30 years. So stick around. It's going to get interesting.
