So, the timeline of the comic is set on the very beginning of WotLK. So, here is some summary, the death knights of Acherus plan to betray The Lich King, and a small cult, led by Amal'thazad, a lich trainer in Acherus, does not agree with the death knights. The rest you can figure by yourselves.
