For real. The elevators, where I work, have stopped 4 or so inches above where they should more than a few times. It's kind of scary considering the elevators have stopped operating all together with people in them. My co-workers can testify to that. So every time I cross the elevator threshold, I envision my life ending short by a grisly elevator demise.
