A collection of Gothic Literature

Little Swan onEverytime I draw the narrator, she looks different. And Granny is still wearing her slippers.
Three questions this time!
1- Does Granny look older now?
2- Is the text easier to read?
3- Does the shading show up clear enough?
Feel free to add more advice. Constructive criticism always welcome. I hope you're well, and thanks for reading!
Expect another update Monday.

charlie_everyone- I am truly, truly honoured. You have no idea. Thank you.
Tommym- Practice and determination is right. And the ability to keep at it, even if it kicks you in the teeth. I am working on these things. Let me know if ever the writing is hard to decipher, and I'll rectify / translate. I suppose it makes sense for a Catholic school to split boys and girls at that age, because of their beliefs (however I personally would never survive in an all-girls environment). You didn't miswrite, don't worry. I hope they can get the answers right too!
