Rotary Cutter 1

I design and sew costumes for my college's musicals and plays. There are various ways to hurt yourself. We got needles, scissors, rotary cutters. Rotary cutters are basically a round razor blade stuck on a stick.

For some reason, I took my glasses off and decided that a rotary cutter would be the perfect tool for removing thread on a bobbin.
