BEHOLD! The return of fun drawing sunday! YAYAYAYAY! Scanner is plugged in and good to go. Above we have the origional layout for The Mighty Knighty comic. http://www.drunkduck.com/According_To_Plan/index.php?p=42280 The comic was, as you can see, envisioned to be 6 panels long and the joke was more about the awkward dialogue between the Knight and Dragon, and the obserdity of the situation. I cut it down in the end because I thought that maybe it was a bit excesive. I'm glad I have a scanner now because I can't draw loose on the computer, everything turns out very thick and ridgid. In the sketch, the Knight is much more dramatic looking than in the final comic. Below the sketch I put up a picture I had done on the computer for a comic I abandoned, and to the right of it is a drawing I scanned and coloured yesterday. Drawing by hand comes out much nicer. SO! According To Plan should start to be hand drawn soon. I still have to learn how to ink and colour a scanned image better, so bare with me for a bit while I figure this all out. See ya monday!
