Oh my god! You killed Plot Hole! You bastard!

Brainstorming this with Nick was fun. The pillow smothering came from the fact that I'd just finished reading One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (if that doesn't prove I'm in high school I'm not sure what does). and it was cool to actually get to show the murders, since I'd just hinted at the fact that plot twist had been doing this last time we saw him.
