Acting Out #40: Trying Again

The reason why the lineart is so terrible on this one is because I had to hand draw it with a thin sharpie and scan it instead of my usual lineart made on adobe. My computer is still getting fixed (it's taking a crapload of time as you can see… -_-; ) and I was able to move my scanner and download the software as well as my fonts and speech bubbles, but for some reason the computer won't read my disk for adobe photoshop elements 3.0. So what I had to do was download a free trial of adobe photoshop elements 8.0, which is very different from 3.0 and I didn't like it very much. :< But anyway, I drew the crappy lineart, colored it in in photoshop, added in the speech bubbles, and here ya go. There's probably a ton of mistakes too, so… don't look at it too long, I guess?! Bah.

Though this lineart didn't come out so great, I like the idea of scanning lineart instead of drawing it. I'm thinking I'll use a regular pen instead of sharpie from now on though so it doesn't bleed and create those icky bumps. I might have also scanned it with the wrong settings too, so that might have added to the crappiness. I apologize. But you will see improvement, I promise you. U_U
