The Character of Pete didn't get very much attention in the last issue, only appearing in two non consecutive pages, and a third page were it isn't specified that it is him. He is seen passing a football to Charlie at thier home and then isn't seen again until the last page where it reveals his powers. Before tha though, the football player for the Gippers who appears in the opening shot of the Jenny sequence is also intended to be Pete. In issue 2 Pete has taken on the role of main character. From the first pages we hit the ground running to develop him as the concerned big brother and also as a detective type.
