This is the third page of Action Teenz issue #2. As you can see i tried t make this drug dealer as sleazy as possible, giving him lines like "if i could i'd hook them in preschool". This is partly because i was so disgusted after doing research on Heroin for the authenticity of the scene. My revoltion then wound up being felt by Charlie, who can't stand being in the presence of such human filth for a second longer.
I remember scripting things that could not possily be drawn like "Charlie is disgusted, by everything about this man. He takes the needle into his hand, it sickens him to touch it, it feels filthy like he’s holding dog shit. Even though he knows this is a bust, he still feels ashamed to have drugs in his possession." The artist, to his credit managed to capture a little of that feeling in Charlie's eyes.
