That's right. Sticky and Stick plan to blow up the diplomatic summit building and leave Ridley and Air Raid Robertson to take the blame.

I created the Tiang character when I was in the fourth grade or so. I initially wrote him as an explosives expert who escaped an insane asylum in Myanmar. When I created an international cadre of villains I rolled Tiang into the group along with Sticky and Stick.

This is the first Air Raid Robertson strip where neither the title character nor Ridley have any speaking lines. I'm guessing it'll be along time before there's another one of those.
