Regular readers will notice a shift in the color. Well, I had to scan this one in with a somewhat antiquated scanner. So, the colors have a bit less resolution. I hope it doesn't bother any of you nearly as much as it bothers me.

Anyways, this one doesn't have as much action as I teased in the prior strip. I initially wanted a bit more fighting in it, but I also had a lot of plot and dialogue to squeeze in as well. Space limitations are an ever present force in the realm of a newspaper-styled adventure serial.

When I created the Tiang character I had him work with Sticky and Stick as a demolitions expert. However, I also did a series of comics with Tiang as a secret agent. He operated in a steampunk/schizo tech version of 17th century France and was often partnered with an enigmatic duck.

In the first of these adventures I made the whole thing a dream sequence. But, well, I really enjoyed doing that story and I made several more of them. I never bothered to explain why Tiang existed in such two different worlds.

And well, now I have. Tiang is a mole within the company of T.H.E.E.Y.

There are two installments left in the "Trip to the Moon" storyline. I think this has been the best arc of the three I've done so far, but at the same time I'm eager to move on to new stuff.

Judging from the dismal page views of the past few weeks, many of you must feel the same.
