And it's done. I'm very proud of the Hybie/Robertson crossover. I think it went about as well as it could have gone.

There were a few things I wanted to convey in this last strip. For one thing, Hybie's sort of trying to law low in his own comic. I had to find a way to keep him from being hunted and hounded by law enforcement after being goaded into attacking a nuclear power plant. Having the Commander and his cronies engineer a cover-up seemed like the best option.

I also wanted to tie into the beginning of the story somehow. You'll notice on the first page that Skip comments on the blueprint discussed above. This seemed like a good method to wrap things up.

Also, this leaves a backdoor open for more Hybie/Robertson meet-ups. Doing this crossover was a lot of fun for me, and it seemed like Mr. Wyler thought this was a hoot too. Maybe we could make it an annual thing like those old JLA/JSA meet-ups.
