This page marks the end of my notes on the storyline. Up until now everything has been pretty heavily constructed beforehand. From this point on I am only going on minor scribblings of dialogue, isolated scene ideas, and instinct.

I know that sounds like a scattershot plan, but I see it as room to innovate. A loose structure allows me to shift things around, add new perspectives, and brainstorm. I've found that a lot of you guys seem to really dig the stuff I tossed onto the page at the last minute.

At the same time, this leaves me unable to properly tell you when this story's going to end. As you can likely surmise, this is going to be one of the longer ones. I'm thinking maybe thirty pages at the most.

One of the comic book tropes I wanted to insert in Air Raid Robertson is the "floating fortress". My variant on this figure is derived somewhat from Jack Kirby's design for the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier. Another key influence was Hayao Miyazaki's Castle In The Sky.
