And to get back to comments made a looooong time ago:

lothar: The language is Sym, and I invented it. It's loosely based on Japanese and Cambodian characters. And the most disturbing part is that I'm actually consistent in how I use it - thankfully I no longer really remember it all, but at one point I could construct simple sentences. Such as "You are a rapist of human corpses." The characters here simply reperesent each person's name.
