Oh crap, it's scary dream time! For those of you who remember from Chapter 1, our hero here had a strange (albeit brief) dream very similar to this, and now it looks like he's back, with the…"thing"…in the cave.
This and the next couple of pages have been relatively easy to produce, probably because this surreal/dream-like style that Jason developed is simple yet effective for this type of scene. He was able to draw several pages in just a few hours, as opposed to the 3-7 hours that it normally takes for him to finish just one. Of course, that's mostly going to change again after we're done doing the whole dream-sequence thing here.
Anyway, I'm going to be busy with grad school applications for (at least, but probably well through all of) next week. Don't worry; I've made sure that the comic will update on time; I just might not be around to put in my two cents, as I usually do.
