It's time I explained myself. This is a surreal comic, which is not the same as random. In fact it's the opposite. Everything in this comic is there for a reason, and combined they tell a large number of stories. Some only last a cell, some last several, and some recur throughout the whole comic. You can read whatever you like into them. Think of them as like dreams. They can mean whatever you want. built over the top of that is the main narrative, featuring the three "real characters".
