The Death Rattle is an in-game element that showed up as nothing but a clue. You can find it in the Operative Renault Strike Force in Sharkhead.

And this concluded Issue 1 because I was tired of taking pictures and making the comic. Issue 2 is a continuation, which means Dr. Lore's day is not gonna get any better.
