Do you have those neighbors who hold church meetings or loud parties in their yard and you have to listen to every window-shaking minute of it? Now, they have the right to congrigate and all that, but if they'd keep it down… *ahem* My neighbors used to do that, but they've either confined it to their garage or stopped completely. Again, no problem with it so long as the noise is at a respectable level…

Anyway, that's the kind of annoyance Tarixus is having with some Circle. But if any of you have those kinds of noisy neighbors, I don't recommend doing what Dr. Lore is about to do on the next page!
