Relationships between villains are really different from heroes. I've noticed most of the heroes have no problem being addressed by their secret identities/real names by close friends. Not the villains. You call them by their real name, they'll kill ya. Everyone's got their reasons, even if they're close to each other.

Dr. Lore knows Mantis's, Wretch', Barracuda's and Ice Mistral's real names (and doc doesn't have an alias herself), and I don't think they'd take offense if they're close enough. Lord Recluse's lieutenants on the other hand… oh, if I could draw, that would be so fucking funny…
