My beta editor got a kick out of the last panel. I didn't intend for that to be a joke.
What's a soldier/COM licence? It's not important or an in-game thing, but it's a licence for Dr. Lore to be a commander to Arachnos troops. Something of a "this piece of plastic says you'll do what I tell you to, private" kinda thing.
And she has a generic ring tone for generic calls.
