*points at CoH logo* Yep, actually jumped on Heroes for this. Hell saw a few snow flakes for a sec.
This story was a story I mulled over for MONTHS. First came the issue of "Do I have to tell this story?", then afterward I started to wonder "How long should I make it?", THEN I started to wonder "Wait… what's the point?" Half the point is that after three years, my mother's death still fucked me up. The other half is to show that life is unfair and sometimes some people shift the blame for what happens at the wrong person. You'll see what I mean.
Oh, one more note: the cover of this issue took THREE revisions, because a friend didn't like whatever I did. So I did this, and got the thumbs up.
