I've been hearing this a lot lately about Hunger Games, even more so now that previews for the sequel, Catching Fire, are playing. I understand that the similarities would upset someone who is a fan of Battle Royale, but honestly, what idea is original anymore, you know? All of these ideas derive from Roman Gladiators, but I doubt they came from each other.
