Well it took me a while to create this page, and when I finished, and was going to upload it here, my Manga Studio crashed on me, and since I didn't save it, I had to recreate it over again… Anyway, now you know the girl's name, and her interest in Sailor-Moon. Well truth be told Kayame's outfit was inspired by Sailor-Moon's, and if you can't tell, then I did a good job in creating a diiferent outfit.
