So here it is, the next and final chapter of Apartment 408 Comics. It's been a long while since I posted anything. I know I said I wasn't going to miss any updates when I started this comic 3 years ago and for the bulk of those 3 years I kept that up. These last couple of months though I've been losing interest, getting it back and then losing it again. There's so many projects I want to do and these full size and minis are just taking up too much of the little time I have. I want to do more for my readers. I want to tell other stories, practice with other styles and, unfortunately, that can't happen if I'm still doing this comic. So, after many weeks of deliberation, I've come to the conclusion that I am going to discontinue the Apartment 408 series, as it exists right now. This will be the final full size comic. The minis will return, in a completely different format once I get the many other projects I have in the works going. There will be more coming, I promise you that, but the times, they are a changing. This cover is both figurative and literal. You'll see as it progresses. I'm going to update every tuesday and thursday in full size and color until the story is told. It's going to be a wild ride.
If you'll notice, Ive changed some things, the Apartment 408 comics logo as well as the studio logo there in the top right. That's legit. In the coming months Retarded Rooster Studios will have it's own website where you can browse all of the old 408 comics, plus the new ones I've got in the works as well as all of my doodles, sketches and random BS, plus a blog. But that's down the line. I hope you guys like the cover. It's going to be for sale. I am making 4 copies of it, printed on glossy card stock. 1 for myself 1 for 2 of my longest standing fans, who know who they are and 1, just 1 that will be for sale to the highest bidder. During the entire span of this comic I have yet to make or sell a single piece of merch. So here it is, the first and last one. I'll take pictures of it once I get it made and let you know where you can place your bids.
