It feels good to get Art and Leaf back on the couch, even if it is only for one comic. I was going to do it for much longer, but it just doesn't… fit, you know? That means I wound up with an entire deleted scene, basically, that would have continued the conversation from Panel 2… I cut for pacing, but it's still funny so I figure I'd share it with you:

Art: For some reason, I suspect Ralph was behind this.

Leaf: We did sort of leave him out of the comic for a year or so. I don't suppose turning him into a giant monster would help?

Art: Probably not. He recorded over an entire summer's worth of TV with celebrity dancing. This is going to be a "Porn of the Month Club" sort of apology.

Art: I do feel bad about leaving Ralph out of the comic though.

Leaf: I suppose.

Art: C'mon, he's a pretty good guy.

Leaf: Art, he's a hard-drinking pervert who could open a small library with all the porn he owns.

Art: Yeah, but he's a pretty good guy… compared to a lot of the other people we know.

Leaf: Fair enough.
