Since we haven't seen Gabbie and Doyle for a little while, here's a quick recap:

Gabbie is currently disguised as a human (and color-swapped to match Arthur) by a device that Hubris invented. She, along with Mark, has been swept up by members of the Yggdrasil Interdimensional Freedom Front (Yes, that makes them the Y.I.F.F. - and no, they're not aware what 'yiff' means), an anti-human Fuh'rai commando squad who are slowly-but-steadily taking over Apple Valley.
