The Joy of Living With Dudes- Humor?

Sadly this particular strip is more true to life than I'd prefer. I personally don't find farting humorous when done by somebody I'm standing next to. However, Mat and PJ have almost turned it into a form of communication. If conversation has slowed down for more than 3 minutes and the room is quiet Mat will almost inevitably break the silence with flatulence, PJ will respond in kind it's far worse when we're gaming or hanging out in front of the TV.

I came up with this idea yesterday at work along with quite a few others that I'll be illustrating over the weekend. The over all idea is the introduction of one of many segments we will be doing on 408 Philosophy and way of life. This particular segment being "The Joy of Living With Dudes" I'm pretty sure the name implies all you need to know mind you, though, the title can be serious or sarcastic. The strip above is a demonstration of the latter as it is far more unfortunate to be stuck in between these two than it is something to be happy about.

I tried convey the sorrow of the flower in it's rapid decay due to the toxicity of the air immediately around it and I wanted you to notice it that's why it's in color while Mat and PJ are in Black and White. I hope you liked it.
