Man you guys are getting a lot of love. I'm really starting the New Year off right with all of these updates. So yeah this part actually happened. I was transferred by the automated answering service to an actual person, but it was the wrong person. To make matters worse he acted like I had actually dialed his extension incorrectly. What a fucking asshole.
