Whenever Mat and I go to our beach in Northern Californa we get a fire going early using lighter fluid but once the sun sets and we're about to leave, we'll generally spend about a half hour dumping fluid on the fire just to see how high we can get the flames. We actually had a park ranger kick us off the beach for it once… I think we're technically "banned" from our beach because of Mat's birthday. That has
yet to stop us.

We got a totally sweet grill this weekend, had a barbeque on saturday, tons of good food, burgers galor. I've missed grilling so much, we left our shitty charcoal grills at the last place we lived, because they were pieces of crap and we didn't really take care of them. PJ and I shelled out a decent amount of cash for this grill, which doubles as a charcoal grill and a smoker. I think Mat is already stockpiling the ham for smoking as we speak.
