Yeah, this about sums it up. I've been playing Final Fantasy 12, which I've had for a while but never played. The game is stealing away my soul, seriously. Final Fantasy always does though, honestly. There's just always so much to do and in order to get the best weapons you have to play some god damn mini game that makes you repeat some dumb action over and over and over and over until you get one little item that you use, or trade or sell to create one thing needed to make a thing to get the weapon. Hours and hours and hours you pour into that game. It's ridiculous!!! but I love it nonetheless. Even if I'm not gaming, this is what I do on saturdays and sundays. I distract myself, constantly telling myself that "I should be working on something, make a comic strip, create a new buffer, get some bonus work done, remember the comic strip you promised so and so?" etc etc etc, until it's 1 am sunday night/monday morning, I'm just sitting at my desk, I've done nothing and I have no fucking idea what I'm going to do a comic strip about. I inevitably come up with an idea, good or bad, if I get a chuckle out of it I draw it. I actually started another one, but wasn't into to it so I saved the draft file for another time. Looks like I've got the tinyest bit of a starter buffer. Gonna keep at that. I'm almost done with Final Fantasy, maybe 20 hours left or so. Those of you who play the game know that, that means there's not much left.
