Monopoly

In 24 years, I have yet to ever complete a game of Monopoly. I used to play kids monopoly all the time when I was a kid and we'd finish that and I'd win a lot too, that was great. But, real monopoly never finished, star wars monopoly, which we played this weekend twice, never actually finished. Now, I've never tipped a game board, in my entire life. I am not a sore loser. Saturday's game board was in fact tipped, by somebody who will probably not be named, publicly. They know who they are, we at the house know who they are. Yesterday's game just dragged on, I was losing, or about to lose, to Nick, who acquired some prime real estate under questionable means. He ended it when victory was certain, sparing me the agony of mortgaging my properties in an attempt to stay alive. So technically I didn't lose. I think we'll be retiring that board game soon. One thing I noticed though was how seriously I took the game, even knowing it was a game, I was worried, worried I'd hit a wrong spot, worried I'd lose all my money and property. No idea why but shit got intense. Oh well. to be honest I never really played a lot of board games as a kid, not a wide range of them at least. What other ones are there that are good?
