This is a true story. She comes into the store, we tell her that we cannot help her. She takes no less than 30 min with each associate.

She once thought I was rude, mostly cause I probably was. Just flat out blunt with her.

"Can you help me?"

"No I can't"

"why not?"

"Because I have a store to run, and you will consist of taking more time than is nessciary while you make a mess."

*she looks to another associate*

"Can YOU help me?"

"No she can't"
