This was originally a private cartoon that I sent to some of my friends, but after talking to other people about the NY Post cartoon, I decided to post it here. The people I talked to were split as to whether they thought the NY Post cartoon was racist. Some thought that it merely commented that the stimulus package was not written well, or looked like it could have been written by chimps. Others, like myself, are puzzled by the lack of association between the news story of the chimp that went wild and had to be shot, and the presidential stimulus package. Anyway, here 'tis…
