I'm trying out a new style here. Since the next arc or two will follow the outsiders more than Harold and Co., a less restrictive format seems to be ideal for making the characters look decent and not squished or forced into preset places. Especially after seeing how comic 50 turned out.
I'm not sure how well it conveys on its own, but Luna is in a defeated/pissy mood and is just throwing her arm up in frustration as a reaction to Mo's comment (gotta prevent those plot holes.)
