An in-joke. When I posed Miss Rusen with the Ak-47 it called to mind a Rambo poster. So I put that little ascot around her head and draped her in some totally out of place bandeliers. And it's amazing how she can pump off all those bullets without touching the trigger. A tip of the hat to bad action movies where everyone's gun is on automatic and people get killed who weren't fired at.
