Attempted Fishmath
Author notes
#13 - Halloween Costumes: Not Without My Wiener
Beaums onI just had a fab-foogoo-tastic long weekend guys. No foolin'. I had TWO, not one, but TWO Thanksgiving dinners, my cousin's wife just announced that she's pregnant, I had a dericious brunch at iHop and I played some serious Halo 3! I got pwned bad, but still… Halo 3! Anyways, it's time to get back into the rythm of things. Attempted Fishmath is back with a Halloween issue. A little premature? Probably, but it's just how my schematics are worked out. And you can't go against schematics. It's science.
My good friend Lisa stars in this one, yet again. And believe it or not, she actually did have a grape costume a couple Halloweens back. She used purple balloons, and I thought it was quite ingenius. But I always thought it was rather funny too, seeing as the costume was quite awkward to move in. Anyways, that was my inspiration for this week's comic.
The only thing I don't like in this comic is the background, or rather, the lack of background. If there's one thing I need to improve with in this comic it's my backgrounds. But everything else worked out ravishingly. Fishmath worked perfectly as a hotdog. I don't know how he managed to change the colour of his eyes, his lips and his tongue, but whateva. He could have superpowers, no one knows… The joke on this one is a little open-ended too, I had another idea for the final panel, but my friends said I should go with the one I already had. Did they make the right decision or were they just trying to goof me over? I'm not sure. But it's like this ya'll and that's the way it is.
So uh…. Happy Halloween?
My blood hurts,
Beaums
P.S. I should probably change the title of this comic…
P.P.S. The October issue of Youthink Magazine hits schools TODAY! Don't have one? GET ONE!
