A person's behavior is influenced by his/her environment. However, that isnt an excuse to completely absolve someone from a crime. It is also how people react to things, which are quite different.

Just like in combat sports. There is alot of different ways to react to a simple punch. Duck? Duck where? Go to the left or the right? Sidestep? Where? The left or the right? Block? Punch simultaneously? Take the shot? What?


Life is like a fight. One reacts differently to the things thrown at them… but its either you win or you lose. :)
