Discovered a new photoshop trick while doin the midpanel.


Just finished watchin first 3 episodes of the "Ultimate Fighter" TV series. I could just imagine what kind of killer workout these guys did. 8 hours a day of hard cardio, strength training, sparring, grappling… wow.

Here you have the best amateur MMA (mixed martial arts) fighters training like hell… and theres a scene where one of em was whimpering in the treadmill. The look on his face like he's dyin or somethin. Wow. Here are guys in top athletic shape feelin really a hard time.

Really impressed. I'd probably last 4 hours at the most with that kind of intense level training. I'm not really in THAT good shape.

Tryin to get back tho. When I was doin the officer training course in CAT (Citizen's Army Training) in my country, the "hell day" was 12 fuckin hours. I was really starved out and kept doin pushups, situps, firing guns (I wish they let us use the RPGs and explosive stuff… but I doubt they'd let 16 year old kids use em), marching, crawling on my chest, doin a commando crawl… etc… for one whole fuckin day.

Hopefully, I get in proper shape. :)
