So I tried yoga with my mom. And lemme just say downward dog is pain. Unless you are used to it feet don't normally bend like that… At one point I wound up yanking my arm too much and rolled a couple of feet into the person next to me. Which of course cracked the teacher up and my mom. So yeah, good at rolling -bad at yoga. I'll give it a few more gos before I throw in the mat.
