This is Page 3 from my childhood vampire comic The House Tha Drac Built and … look! That house in Panel 1 looks just like the one I cut and pasted for the cover! It would be quite impressive, were it not for the fact that the trees seem to be blowing in the opposite direction to the rain!

Also notice the wallpaper in Panels 2 and 3. I don't know whether I had the same fascination with BG detail then that I have now. I suspect I just wanted to cover up the lines on the exercise book! And, no, I'm not going to comment on the aluminium faucets joke. I'd rather it was allowed to die quietly.
