This is actually the second design pic I did of Death. The other one I used a Victoria Secret model as reference, and while that looked nice, it wasn't a very honest representation of my style, and the way the character would actually appear as later.

She's a combo of "Lady Death" from Chaos Comics, and "Death of the Endless" from DC/Wildstorm.
