Have you gotten the impression of impossible odds yet?

And for those of you who aren't "cool" enough to know, Evan's giant robot design isn't an EVA. Well, not technically…

Evan's giant robot is just an exact duplicate of Lex Luthor's giant robot in the first few minutes of the Justice League episode "Legends". Only with Evan's dark green and blue color sceme instead of luthor's bright green and purple. The fact that it looks like an Eva is because that was Bruce Timm's nod to modern day robot designs. (later in the episode you see a "Doom Patrol" designed robot that demonstrates old-school robot designs)

So blah blah blah, it's supposed to be a parallel between Evan and Luthor.

And Evan built the robot himself. He IS a super genius too y'know. And since he had Doom-Face's power suit as a template to work off of, building a large-scale robot was no problem.
