i'm going to confer some thing right now. People who have lived in the south for several generations. Can NOT drive in the snow. I've seen three flipped cars on my way to school. I live 5 minutes away from the my school. I can not count how many times I've tried to see people drive up the hill in front of my house. only to see them fail and slid back down. One year there were five abandoned cars at the bottom of the hill.
