Hello everyone, Transmorpher DDS (the artist) here. Sorry that the schedule for this comic is kind of wonky. It's a bit of a budget problem, but hopefully we'll get this sorted out. I actually had a bit of fun with today's page. Lily is kinda "my" character, in the sense that the Good Doctor didn't really have a personality in mind for her when he came up with her… he just knew she had a big ass. I like that she's kind of innocent and happy, and just a little clumsy. The design is all me. She's actually hispanic, but since the comic isn't shaded it's kind of hard to tell. Her hair is bright red, since she dyes it. I'll probably do a color picture of her at some point.
Anyway, I find it kind of funny that these "story" pages are actually a bit harder to draw than the sex pages. Mostly it's the backgrounds. Not that I feel like showing sex automatically means no backgrounds, but I feel like complex backgrounds are kind of unnecessary during sex scenes, and can in fact be distracting. Not that the backgrounds in this page are particularly complex, but there was some measuring involved. Normally I use a straight edge in the pencils stage, then freehand the inks. I started doing this because I used use a straight edge the whole time, but in art school I was told that it had a bad side effect of making my straight lines not match up well with any of the other lines. They were basically TOO straight.
If you like the series or like my art, I want to mention that I'm available for commissions. Generally my prices are $10 for a character portrait (inked) $5 for each additional character. Bump that up to $20 for a color portrait (though still only $5 each additional character). If you want a full comic page I can do that for $30 pencils, $40 pencils and inks, and $55 fully colored.
