Transmorpher D.D.S.: Growth in one form or another is probably the most frequent request in the comic, and it's already had a major impact on the story and a lot of the pages, but so far it's still largely stayed at least somewhat limited to what could be physically possible… Even this scene, which I thought was going pretty far, still got a reaction of "More" from a lot of fans on Patreon.
