Transmorpher D.D.S.: I just thought it would be funny to have someone tiny like Lisette have a huge dad. Just to run with the goth aesthetic, I went ahead and kind of based him on Lurch from the Addams Family.


I feel really lucky to find that the only problem with my car was some minor problem with the contacts on my battery, and attacking it with a wire brush has basically solved the problem. It seemed worse than it was, however, for one very odd reason… the positive and negative contacts are mislabeled. So when I tried to jump start the car the other day it was producing smoke and sparks, which is what led me to think that the issue was larger than it is. I was worried this was going to be a problem with the starter and I would have to pay to get my engine taken apart just to have the part replaced, but thankfully all it cost me was $2 for a wire brush and a good deal of time.


This page is going up quite later than usual because after getting the car fixed I went and saw the new Star Wars. Apparently normal movie theaters have assigned seating now, so the only seat I could get was in the second row at the very edge. This was probably one of the worst ways possible to see the movie… from my angle everyone had these enormous chins. But I got mostly used to it, and I won't talk about the movie, but I will say that it's very good. Definitely feels like classic Star Wars.
