Side Dishes 4-01

This update is going up pretty late, mostly because I was drinking last night and kind of lost track of time.

Anyway, with this chapter we made a drastic change to how Side Dishes is written. At first, patrons suggested what should happen next with each page, and we would have a poll every week. This gave patrons a lot of control over every single page, but on the downside it often felt chaotic or rushed. So instead Patrons offer suggestions that span multiple pages and guide more of the story.
