I've been immensely looking forward to revealing this set-piece. The Games Kennel hobby shop was one of the first locations I came up with for the series, following just behind Brindle Hall and the Sheriff's office. Barkham's one of those isolated towns that has a small handful of places ideal for fulfilling social needs, and Mark's shop is probably the only one that directly appeals to geek and gaming cultures. For some of these dogs, it's almost like a second home, holding the same significance to them as Sunnydale's Bronze, New York City's Tropicana Club, Pop's Chock'lit Shoppe in Riverdale, the Rovers Return in Albert Square, or the Angel Grove Gym and Juice Bar.
