It is not that Hank is breaking the fourth wall and looking at the audience. He doesn't want to look at Ellen pointing her beam bracelet at him.
In Ellen and Sasha are referencing their parts in Attack of the Robofemoids. Sasha was the woman doctor and Ellen was a corporal in the Soviet Army.
